The day-to-day Assistant Manager responsibilities will revolve around supporting the in-store team, fostering an exception customer experience, and ensuring smooth store operations This includes: sales coaching, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Assistant Manager provides support to the General Manager, Retail Representatives, Floor Leads and Receptionists. You train, coach, and motivate our Retail Representatives to be the most knowledgeable, respected sales associates in the industry. As our Assistant Store Manager, you aid the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store as needed. JARS is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting in managing all day-to-day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the state, CRA and Company rules and policies.
